Lender's & Investor's Monitoring

“I'm financing this project and need drawdowns tied to real progress.”

Independent eyes on your money: progress verified on site, drawdowns tied to measured work, risks flagged early.

The response

What RRC puts in place

  1. 01

Monitoring that answers to you, not to the borrower's contractor. The role is contractually separated from any construction interest.

  2. 02

Drawdowns certified against measured, verifiable work, evidenced by geo-tagged records.

  3. 03

Cost-to-complete and forecast final cost, maintained from site records.

  4. 04

Early red flags: slippage, cost growth, and commercial exposure surfaced while there is still time to act.

  5. 05

Reporting in a defined format, every number traceable to its record.

Client questions

Asked before appointment

How are drawdowns tied to real progress?

Each drawdown is certified against measured, verifiable work: geo-tagged progress records, digital daily reports, and bills checked against what is physically built. Money follows evidence.

Is the monitoring genuinely independent?

Yes, by contract. RRC's monitoring role is contractually separated from any construction role on the project, and we report to you, not to the borrower's contractor.

What reporting do we receive?

Cost-to-complete, forecast final cost, progress against baseline, and early red flags on slippage or cost growth, all traceable to documented site records.
