01 · Who we are
Two perspectives, one organisation
RRC is an integrated infrastructure delivery company. We work across programme management, project controls, engineering coordination, construction, and asset-oriented services for asset owners, developers, institutions, and public-sector organisations.
Our role can begin before a project is designed and extend through planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operational readiness.
RRC combines two perspectives that rarely sit in one organisation: the owner's requirement for independent visibility and control, and the practical realities of execution on site. We structure programmes, establish governance, monitor performance, and mobilise delivery capability matched to the scope, sector, and scale of each assignment.
One programme. One system. One accountability.

02 · The delivery challenge
Capable firms, uncontrolled programmes
Major infrastructure and real estate programmes are delivered through many organisations. Clients appoint consultants; consultants coordinate designers; contractors manage subcontractors; regulators and authorities shape outcomes.
Each participant can perform its own role correctly while the programme still suffers from fragmented accountability, inconsistent information, scope ambiguity, delayed decisions, cost growth, schedule slippage, interface failures, quality issues, commercial exposure, and weak handover.
The result is visible across the sector: as of April 2026, 1,981 ongoing central-sector projects in India carried a combined cost overrun of roughly ₹5.65 lakh crore. The constraint is not construction capacity. It is integration and control.
The challenge is not to appoint capable organisations. It is to integrate them. That is where RRC operates: connecting programme intelligence, governance, project controls, and delivery capability within one structured operating model.

12 · How RRC engages
Five engagement models
- 01
Programme Management / PMU
RRC acts on behalf of the owner; assurance separated from execution.
- 02
Integrated Delivery / Construction
RRC contracts for and manages defined packages, directly or with partners.
- 03
Joint Venture / Consortium
combining domain capability, credentials, plant, personnel, and qualifying capacity for integrated structures.
- 04
Design & Development
land identification through development management, construction, and handover for selected built-environment projects.
- 05
Asset & Operation Support
facility and property management, defect-liability administration, maintenance, asset information, operational readiness.
Delivery structures scale with the programme: direct specialist teams for interiors, fit-outs, and smaller assets; RRC-led delivery with partners for mid-scale packages; formal JVs for large multi-package programmes; and consortium structures for major infrastructure. The structure is determined by the requirements of the programme, not by a fixed corporate template.
