Bid-to-Build

“There's a tender we should win, but we don't qualify alone / can't deliver alone.”

We build the team that qualifies, prepare the bid, and deliver the work through the Alliance.

The response

What RRC puts in place

  1. 01

A bid built to win: strategy, pricing structure, and compliant documents matched to the tender's conditions.

  2. 02

A joint venture or consortium that qualifies, combining credentials, plant, and people from across the Delivery Alliance.

  3. 03

PQ documentation with every credential named to the firm that holds it. Procurement teams check; ours hold up.

  4. 04

Delivery through the same structure that won the bid, with RRC's schedules and billing checks built in.

Client questions

Asked before appointment

We don't qualify for a tender alone. How does RRC help?

We build a joint venture or consortium that does qualify, combining the credentials, plant, and people the tender demands from across the Delivery Alliance. RRC's bid team prepares the strategy and the PQ documents.

How is credential attribution handled in the bid?

Every credential is named to the firm that holds it: yours as yours, a partner's as theirs, RRC's as ours. Procurement teams check these things, and clean attribution is why our submissions hold up.

What happens after the tender is won?

The same structure that won the bid delivers it. Each firm builds its defined part, RRC integrates the whole, and our schedules, billing checks, and reporting run across the project.
